Art Corps 2010-2011

Our Summer Brunch this Thursday, August 26 at Kathy Peterson's house will kick off another year of Art Corps.  We will see some new excited faces and our wonderful returning faces.  After enjoying our traditional brunch fare and introductions all around, we will get down to business.  

In groups we will set the dates for Orientations, Family Art nights, Art Shows and more.  Another special group, our supply coordinators, will get the latest information on the art supplies, that our young artists will be getting their hands on soon. 

We will also be previewing the new 2nd edition of the Second Grade Lesson Book.  It is updated with new print and book suggestions, new warm up descriptions and new step by step art work to make teaching easier.  Art Corps will be providing these new editions to our schools by the first workshops.  The new cover art is by the daughter of one of our own.  Thank you, Hailey.
